Overview
We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, our refund and returns policy allows returns within 7 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed since your order, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging

Partial Refunds

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@tushargloballlc.com and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
- If your purchase was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- If the gift was not shipped directly to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns

- You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
